"Excellent customer service and professionalism, very clean shop inside and outside (no risk of driving over a nail/debris), trustworthy, corrected post-repair deficiencies/ noise immediately in a courteous manner when I've alerted them, Rick answers all my questions patiently and thoroughly. I've shopped around and been back and forth to the dealer and to local shops and I'm staying with Rick's now. His prices are also very competitive and much, much less than the dealer. There is a comfortable lounge equipped with a small sofa and 2 chairs, coffee, water, soda, candy, gum, a flat screen TV, and plenty of magazines. I've waited many times and it's always been quiet and professional. Sometimes I do need the drop-off / pick-up service, though. I've used it once. My children don't mind waiting, either."
