There is a comfortable lounge equipped with a small sofa and 2 chairs, coffee, water, soda, candy, gum, a flat screen TV, and plenty of magazines. I've waited many times and it's always been quiet and professional. Sometimes I do need the drop-off / pick-up service, though. I've used it once. My children don't mind waiting, either."
